Alturus does not take the company. It takes the CEO or the CTO — the one who signs, who is seen, and who will give an account. The practice is Catholic. The standard is the office. The reach is global.
There is no public menu. Fees are discussed only in private, and never on this site. If you are looking for a package, you are in the wrong house.

People, truth-telling, surplus, and what the enterprise is actually for. Growth that requires you to become someone you cannot take to Mass is not a strategy. It is a loss.

For the CTO who must refuse magic, and the CEO who must fund what is real. Systems, risk, and the discipline of what ships — spoken by someone who has had to make them hold.

Marriage, children, Sunday, health, prayer. A seat that consumes the man is a badly run seat, however fine the numbers look from the board.

A letter
You write. You name the office, the company, and the matter. The house reads. This is not an application to a program.

A discernment
Not every letter is accepted. Fit is part of fidelity. If Alturus is not the right counsel, you will be told so plainly.

Counsel
Spoken and written, in confidence, on the matter in front of you. Not a curriculum. Not a cohort. Not a content library with a crucifix on the cover.

Continuance
For as long as the office and the fit remain. Ended cleanly when either does not. No theatrics, and no public account of a private life.
What this house will not do
A short list, kept.
- Publish a fee, a tier, or a “starting at.”
- Admit anyone who is not a sitting CEO or CTO.
- Separate Christ from the work and call the remainder Catholic.
- Parade client names. Confidence is part of the office.
- Offer secular optimization with a verse added at the end.

Counsel is arranged across the clock, not across a lobby. The house sits in California. The office you hold may sit anywhere.
